When you place your reservation online, or with one of our friendly team, you will receive an Email with all the details you need to move in. This will include your personalised Gate Entry PIN and your allocated unit number. When you drive up to the gate, you will enter your 6 digit PIN in to the code entry system, followed by the 'door open' symbol. You can do this without leaving your car. The gate will open for you to drive in. Have a look at the video below.
