I would recommend Big Bull Self Storage to anyone. The process of booking is very easy online, you have clear and timely information emailed though and I even received a lovely phone call talking me through the whole process of getting onsite for the first time. All codes given to access site worked first time and clear information on where and how to enter storage container. They provide you with a heavy duty lock and cameras are clearly placed across the whole site, so I feel very at ease that my items are safe. The container itself was clean, good flooring and water tight. The big bonus of this place is you can drive straight up to your container unit, for ease of unloading. You can access the site at anytime which was crucial to us, you never know when you might need to grab something. With the service they provide, the condition of the storage containers and up keep of the site I would,  you are getting amazing value for money. So if you are considering a storage site, you’ve found the best one here :)

It's a well-run business, and the storage yard is beautifully set out...so tidy and neat! We kept our motorhome, Brian, here for a couple of months, whilst building work was going on at our house, and it was so convenient to pop over at any time to take him out to play, or do little jobs. I initially made contact with Big Bull Self Storage in Highbridge because of their excellent price for storage and I dealt with the owner of the business, Mike.  Mike was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, from arranging the storage with Big Bull, through to assisting with online liaison with the removal company who delivered items to my storage unit.  He helped the removal company to lift items into my unit and then when I needed to visit again to search for something, he lifted boxes out, before putting them back in for me.  As I did not have anyone else to assist me, this was very much appreciated.  I have not come across this before, a truly excellent service and an equally excellent price.  I highly recommend Big Bull Self Storage.

Big Bull Self Storage are Brilliant. The service was professional, friendly and efficient.  Mike and Kerry went above and beyond to help in every way. It was a tricky move and we were so grateful to them for their help and support.  The site is well laid out with wide access for lorries to the storage containers and excellent security.  The containers were brand new and very secure. We had to find storage quickly on a Friday late afternoon, I phoned Big Bull Storage and the help i received was amazing, everything was sorted so quickly and professionally, it is so easy to use and we found being able to drive directly to our unit such a help so we didn’t have to carry heavy loads.
