We are a rapidly growing self-storage business (established in 2018) and we're searching for a passionate and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Person.
Do you have telephone or 121 sales experience? Are you able to lead a conversation with prospective customers? Are you able to follow a sales script, present, promote and match products and services to the customers’ needs with confidence and a smile? Responsibilities:

Responsibilities: - Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Sell and promote self-storage units to new and existing customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Help people in their time of need (self storage is used by people who are going through big changes to their lives).
- Maintain accurate records and reports in our office management system.
- Proactively follow up with late payments and ensure timely collection.
- Assist with general office tasks and site management as needed.
- Be confident in carrying out customer tours of our facility.
What you'll bring:
- Proven sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability and empathy to assist people in stressful situations.
- A strong work ethic and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- The ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Good computer literacy (Microsoft word and excel) and the willingness to learn new software.
- Reliability and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Live within commuting distance of Highbridge, Somerset.
Work days and hours:
Monday 09.00-14.00
Tuesday 09.00-17.00
Saturday 10.00-15.00
This may increase for the right candidate.

Note: Extra hours and days may be required during training and to cover holidays etc.
Pay & Benefits:
£13.00 per hour.
